Fillmore sounds awesome. I have a Lonestar Classic but I'd still love to have a Fillmore some day.

If I could play like Quinten, I'd just buy a Fillmore and be happy.

I am mad with Mesa Boogie and Gibson. Why? I bought this great am Fillmore 50 COmbo, in March 2021, the last available one in Germany actually! Pre-Gibson takeover produced. JUst a few motnhs before, Mesa Boogie had ditched Meinl as the European distributor and the prices FINALLY came down to a resonable level, namely roughly Dollar = Euro. Meinl had added their 22% share on top, the bastards. Anyway, I got the last one because Mesa Boogie Amps would, from that point in time, NOT BE AVAILABE on the European market. VERY WEIRD that they drop their distributor Meinl and then SUDDENLY have to re-do all the electrical and safety regulation validations for EU and UK. They have left us Europeans w/o any amps, or parts, for over THREE years, to the extent that major global players like Thomann and Music Store, and Andertons stopped carrying the brand Mesa Boogie. It was hilarious, and Mesa Boogie and Gibson left us in the dark. This was a big fail from their side and has damaged the image, and market share, of Mesa Boogie lots. I do love my Fillmore 50 COmbo and will take it to the grave - yet I wanted a Fillmore 100 Head half a year latetr for the added headroom on the clean channel. In my dreams. Now, there are other Amps, like the PRS Tremonti MT100, with a superb Clean and a dumble-esque Drive Channel (next to the obligatory high gain) priced at 1.800 EUR !!! That's exactly how much I paid for my NEW Fillmore 50 COmbo three yrears ago. The newly available Fillmore Combos are now ONE THOUSAND more, 2.800 EUR, which is ridicoulous, absolutely non-sensically over-priced. This will not let the market share grow aghain, I can tell you that. @mesaboogie

I’ve owned a dozen Mesas, and this is by far my favorite. Of course Andy could play one of those solid state toy amps you get in a starter pack and make it sound amazing, but WOW - beautiful tone, clean or dirty.

Think about the sales numbers a Mark IIC+ reissue would bring in. The JP-2C is a great amp, but it isn’t a true Mark IIC+. Bring back the Mark IIC+!!!
